These Terms govern access to and use of the Lorien Ravello website, online store and related services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract, or use the website with the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not create an account using another person's identity or use an account for unlawful purposes.

• Commit fraud or provide materially false information;

• Introduce malware or interfere with website security;

Product Information

We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, dimensions and photographs. Colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting and ordinary manufacturing variation. Nothing in this section limits rights concerning products that are materially misdescribed or fail a consumer guarantee.

Prices and GST

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and other applicable costs are disclosed before an order is submitted.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we issue an acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

We may reject an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If payment has been collected for a rejected or cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payments

You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their published conditions, exclusions and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively.

User Content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business.

User content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive or disclose another person's private information without authority.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to Lorien Ravello. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unauthorised commercial use.
